TwoPass was founded in 2019 after our founders spent years watching mid-market companies struggle with informal approval processes—email chains, shared drives, and spreadsheets that broke under audit pressure. We set out to build software that enforces structure without slowing people down.

Organizations grow faster than their internal processes. What worked for a 50-person company—asking a manager over Slack—becomes a liability at 500. We believe structured two-stage review is the right default for purchase requests, policy changes, vendor onboarding, and executive sign-offs.

Our platform doesn't replace judgment. It ensures the right people review the right items, that nothing skips a required checkpoint, and that there's a complete record when auditors, boards, or customers ask questions.

Seven years of focused product development

2019 — Founded

TwoPass incorporated in Oregon. Initial product focused on purchase order approvals for regional distributors.

2021 — Platform expansion

Launched configurable workflow builder, SSO integration, and audit export features. Customer base grew to 60 organizations.

2023 — Enterprise tier

Introduced advanced routing rules, API access, custom SLA policies, and dedicated customer success for accounts over 200 users.

2025 — Today

180+ organizations on the platform. SOC 2 Type II audit in progress. Continued investment in analytics and integration ecosystem.
